To supervise the site's production levels during the shift, and ensure that all employees are complying with legal and regulatory procedures covering productivity, quality constrains, human resources, health, safety and environment. Candidates should have a strong opencast backgroud and at least 2 years experience in the following: Supervising people, Compaction, Slopes and Batter Control as well as Loading and Dosing coal production. Candidates should also have attained a Grade 10 and he must also have a drivers license and be credit worthy.
