They are seeking an individual who has a technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and GCC Mines & Works coupled with at least 5 years experience managing maintenance staff in a process plant preferably underground or opencast mining. You will do the following:
* responsible for plant maintenance
• Ensure all machinery and equipment is optimally maintained
• Support the achievement of the production targets through effective operational performance.
• Administration of managerial, control, financial and maintenance systems.
• Overall management of teams of maintenance and construction teams
• Legal requirements compliance
• Leal inspections and periodic audits
• SHE Risk Control
• Effective SHE system and reporting
* Cost control
* Effective incident investigation and reporting
* Trend analysis and reports for the concerntrators.
* Managing and coordinating the overall Safety, Health and Environmental initiatives and systems at the concerntrators.

• Valid drivers licence.
• Computer literacy
• Experienced user of SAP an advantage
