 Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification;
 National Diploma or Certificate in ETD/HRD;
 Registered Assessor and Moderator (MQA);
 3 years experience as a Trainer in Human Resources Development;
 Previous Metalliferous Mining and Heavy Earthmoving Machinery experience (advantageous);
 Valid driver’s license;
 Knowledge in Mining Human Resources Development systems and related legislation;
 Computer literate at skilled level.
