Supervision and review of Immigration assignments and on the job training of Associates 1,2 & 3
Build relationships with clients to enhance the credibility of our service offerings
Manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timing
Complete work within budget and deadlines set
Achieve client satisfaction by ensuring high quality service and technical excellence
Direct involvement with staff technical skill development growth, training and motivation
Participate in staff performance reviews and career development planning
Support management by assisting with the coaching of staff in terms of accuracy and completeness in the preparation and finalisation of work
Resolve and assist staff with technical queries relation to Immigration assignments
Participate in the engagement and sales proposal process
Participate in quality review processes
Assist with WIP and debtors management

Bachelors’ degree in BCom/LLB/CIS
Experience in Immigration Law/Act/Regulations
Experience in supervising a small team
